It is extremely important to us that we minimise the effect of Cookin'Camper on the environment and we will be taking the following steps to minimise our carbon footprint.

The van uses internal LED lights with rechargeable batteries and ingredients are kept cool in commercial ice filled coolboxes. This means that we do not need to use a generator and LPG useage is limited to cooking.

All disposable take away crockery and cutlery will be manufactured from either recycled or recyclable materials.

All of our printing, including letters, brochures and envelopes is done using recycled paper and ink cartridges.

By sourcing our produce directly from the farm we can minimise the amount of food packaging used as well as the amount of miles driven during it's delivery. i.e it comes straight to us rather than via a wholesaler.
